Meet our Quorum

Dylan O’Shea

Dylan O’Shea launched Quorum Private Wealth’s East Coast office in 2022.

After 10+ years at Merrill Lynch, Dylan wanted to take a more client-centric approach to wealth management. His vision for helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes aligned with what Quorum’s founding team set out to build, leading Dylan to join the firm as a partner.

Dylan’s passion for financial planning and education runs deep; he’s seen first-hand how having a plan in place can benefit families. And it’s important to him that his clients understand the plan and how their finances align with their life and goals.

Dylan started his career with Teach for America in Baltimore before pivoting to Wealth Management; he now serves on the board of Teach for America New Jersey.
