At Quorum Private Wealth, your security is not just a priority—it’s built into everything we do. As scams and fraud attempts continue to rise across the industry, we remain proactive in protecting you and your financial information. Here are three key ways we actively safeguard you:

1. Personalized oversight—because we know you
Our team takes the time to understand you and your communication style. If a request ever seems unusual, out of character, or from an unknown contact—whether by email, text, or otherwise—we will follow up directly to confirm it’s truly you before taking action.

2. Verified transfer instructions
We verbally confirm any client request for funds transfers (into or out of Quorum) directly with you.

Furthermore, before any transfers or wires to third parties, we (or you) verbally confirm the instructions directly with the receiver. We have heard of hackers who intercept emails, change the deposit instructions, and forward on the info for a financial institution to send.  This added layer of verification helps ensure that every transaction is accurate and protected.

3. Secure communication through encrypted channels
We never send sensitive information, such as account numbers or personal details, through unsecured methods, like email or text. Instead, we use secure email or the “Vault” within our Client Portal— an enhanced, encrypted system designed specifically for the safe exchange of confidential documents.

For your protection and to maintain our strictest compliance:

  • Please only send text messages to our official work phone numbers.
  • We can only discuss business matters through approved communication channels (work phone or work email).
  • All trade instructions must be given verbally—we cannot execute requests sent via email or text.
